Defining the Scope

At Blare we understand that some are completely new to the video production process. Others have some experience but their current project is a step up from previous work. Then you have those that have worked on big projects and understand the whole process, but want to make sure that we are capable of preforming all tasks. It is helpful to understand the scope of the project and needs.

Streamlining the process

Often it’s easy for us to know who needs to be involved in the consultation call based on the budget. A one to two person shoot can easily be handed by a Blare consultant. However, a multi-day large crew shot may need to require a director, producer, production manager, and post-production lead on the consultation call. An email correspondence or quick call could determine the level of involvement require for each consultation call.
